Black Legal History Month!...'Lawtist of the Week' ...Judge Johnnie B. Rawlinson!

Our 'Lawtist of the Week'

for this week

goes to:

the Beautiful Black McGeorge

School of Law Woman who, in 1980,

along with Viveca Monet Woods

became the first two Big Black Women

admitted to practice law in the state of Nevada, and

after two decades as a local prosecutor in Clark

County, Nevada, she became the first female

federal judge on the U.S. District Court for the

District of Nevada, then she became the first Big

Black Woman and the first Woman to sit on the

Ninth Circuit Appellate Bench, which is the

largest federal appellate circuit in the United States,

plus she was instrumental

in the creation of the Las Vegas Chapter of the

National Bar Association, along with other accomplishments,

and we give flowers and say the name of...

...Judge Johnnie B. Rawlinson!

Black Legal History Month,

observed in December every year,

was founded by Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.

in 2025 to cherish, honor, and show

much love to the  Black Men and Black

Women Law School Graduates

who helped and continue to

help Our Beautiful People navigate the

legal systems the world over as barristers,

attorneys, judges, magistrates,

government advisors, mediators,

corporate counsel, litigators,

public interest representatives,

estate planning advocates, helpers

with immigration issues, and in other

capacities, all in a glorious effort to

obtain righteous justice, redress, compensation,

reparations, injunctive relief, rescissions,

remedies, and restitution for crimes,

unlawful/illegal acts, damages incurred,

fraud, unethical breaches, conspiracies

committed, and other defects, to make

aggrieved parties approach a

dignified wholenesss again.

The Founder of Black Legal History Month,

Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.,

is also a Legal analysis enthusiast, and

a USC Dental School Graduate.
