Black Legal History Month!...'Lawtist of the Week' ...Judge Robert H. Terrell!

Our 'Lawtist of the Week'

for this week

goes to:

The Big Black 1884 magna cum laude

Harvard Law School Grad Man, and third

Harvard law grad overall, who was first

appointed Justice of the Peace in 1901,

then he was the 1st Big Black to serve as

a municipal court judge in Washington, D.C.,

in 1911, appointed by President Taft, then

reappointed by President Wilson, and he was

a faculty member at Howard University

School of Law, and he was so well

remembered and respected that when

Big Black Legal Educators saw the great

need to teach evening Law Classes after

Howard Law School discontinued their

night school, it was unanimously decided

to name it after the 'Biggest and Baddest

Attorney and Judge in D.C.,' and he collected

so many other achievements,

and we give flowers and say the name of...

...Judge Robert H. Terrell!

Black Legal History Month,

observed in  December every year,

was founded by Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.

in 2025 to cherish, honor, and show

much love to the  Black Men and Black

Women Law School Graduates

who helped and continue to

help Our Beautiful People navigate the

legal systems the world over as barristers,

attorneys, judges, magistrates,

government advisors, mediators,

corporate counsel, litigators,

public interest representatives,

estate planning advocates, helpers

with immigration issues, and in other

capacities, all in a glorious effort to

obtain righteous justice, redress, compensation,

reparations, injunctive relief, rescissions,

remedies, and restitution for crimes,

unlawful/illegal acts, damages incurred,

fraud, unethical breaches, conspiracies

committed, and other defects, to make

aggrieved parties approach a

dignified wholenesss again.

The Founder of Black Legal History Month,

Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.,

is also a Legal analysis enthusiast, and

a USC Dental School Graduate.
